Prompt: Your boss
invites you and your spouse to dinner. You want to make a good impression, but
your spouse has a tendency to drink too much and say exactly what’s on his/her
mind.
If my boss invited
hubby and me to dinner, and he said exactly what he was thinking, I would stick
closely to him everywhere he went that evening. I would speak loudly to avoid
embarrassment and then move him along after smoothing things over with the
person(s).
Or I would enjoy the
evening and laugh myself silly every time he made a funny. 
Sometimes it's better to laugh along instead of being embarrassed. Good point!
